How much is shipping?

We keep shipping simple with straightforward shipping rates within Australia.

Standard Shipping — $11.95

Express Shipping — from $14.95

Express Shipping is calculated based on the packed weight of your order.

Orders of $150 or more qualify for FREE Standard Shipping.

Express Shipping can still be selected for an additional fee on orders that qualify for free Standard Shipping.

Where do you ship?

The Epilogue Book Co. currently ships within Australia.

When will my order be dispatched?

We’ll get your order packed with care and ready to go as quickly as possible. We aim to have your order packed and on its way within 1–3 business days where possible.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping service selected.

Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates and may be affected by Australia Post network conditions, public holidays, peak periods and other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you can use your tracking information for the most up to date delivery information.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes! Tracking is included with both Standard and Express Shipping.

What if my parcel is delayed?
