The Epilogue Book Co currently ships Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple, transparent shipping rates.

Standard Shipping

$10.00

Free Shipping

Orders of $125 or more qualify for free Standard Shipping.

If you choose Express Shipping on an order that qualifies for free Standard Shipping, the applicable Express Shipping rate based on your order's packed weight will apply.

Processing Your Order

We aim to have your order packed and on its way within 1–3 business days where possible.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the Australia Post service selected.

Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including postal delays, public holidays and peak periods.

Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, you can use your tracking number for the most up-to-date delivery information.

Incorrect Delivery Details

Please take care when entering your delivery address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, or because the parcel was not collected, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.

Any additional postage costs for re-delivery may be payable by the customer.

Pre-Orders

If a product is available for pre-order, the expected release or dispatch timeframe will be stated on the product listing.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we'll let you know how your order will be handled and whether separate shipping may be required.
